  • The gray lora antenna is small, so it can be put into the white lora case. But other big 915 antennas can not be used with lora board when lora case installed.
  • The lora case has a strict requirement in size of lora antenna fitting with it. It means not all antennas working with it.
  • This 915MHz LoRa board comes unassembled, soldering is required for you, not equipped with lithium battery.
  • 0.96 oled is mounted on esp32 lora board via 4 screws, so it is removable but pls be careful to do it to avoid damage.
  • You will receive 2pcs 915MHz esp32 lora board V3, 2pcs lora case for it, 2pcs lora antenna 915mhz, and 2pcs 1.25mm connector cable.

-Comapred with the LoRa V2, the LoRa V3 version uses the different MCU, so pinout is not the same. LoRa V3 retains W - F, BLE, LoRa, OLED display, and other features, but it is the improvement of LoRa V2, not the replacement of the LoRa V2 version.

    No problems using this for Meshtastic. Antenna works and fit in the case. Some assembly was required but no soldering. It's not shown in the photos, but the product comes with header pins to be soldered onto the Heltec board if you wish, as well as a battery connector cable.

    I received 2 boxes, each containing a functional Heltec v3, two GPIO headers, an antenna, and a case. I got bigger antennae for them, but it didn't seem like a good tradeoff for the size increase; I bet a Yagi would be good though.

    product exactly as described. if you are looking to get started with Lora and/or meshtastic, this is a great first purchase. you get 2 dev boards so you can use them to see/ talk to each other to make sure they are working and to experiment with them. easy assemblage and setup, no tools required other than a desktop or a laptop and a usb cable to connect it to your computer to flash/ install the firmware. there are plenty of great videos to walk you through it step-by-step. one tip: if your computer is not detecting the dev board during the flashing process, you may need to download annd install the serial drivers ( CP210X USB to UART bridge) .

    i went into this with zero experience with hobby radio or hobby electronics and am very happy with the results. if I can do it, you can do it, too!
